OUR STORY

Hi There! We are The Rules

We grew up with very different backgrounds, but as fate would have it that, one day, we would meet in high school in Loveland, Colorado. Fast forward thirteen years later, Rayne proposes on our nine year anniversary on top of Devils Backbone.

Together, with 300 of our closest friends and family members, we became one with a large, rainy and very muddy wedding at Rayne’s family ranch. Talk about planning logistics. One thing you can’t control is the weather! Hey! They say rain is good luck after all and it is quite a story to tell.

After years of Jessie being in the event industry, we decided to start an event business of our own and to do it together! We believe in creating one of a kind experiences for our clients, no matter what the budget. Event Planning can be A LOT. We totally get it!

We want to make your planning experience not only fun but seamless! We want to help you tell your story. We want the details to express everything that makes you the person, company, or organization that you are.

We believe everyone can have a beautiful event, regardless your circumstances. Let’s put together a budget and make an event to remember!

OUR APPROACH

There are so many reasons to gather for an event and no matter the purpose — whether to launch a product, celebrate a birthday or anniversary, raise funds, or celebrate a milestone accomplishment - our approach will be thorough and thoughtful.

It’s all in the details, our unique approach to planning and designing your event truly begins with your vision. You bring your hopes, dreams, excitement (and worries!), thoughts, and ideas to the table and we’ll kindle a little spark that begins the planning and design process.

OUR MISSION

“We started our business because we believe that everyone can have a beautiful and successful event. You will see our hearts, our dedication, and love for what we do at every event. We want our work to be something that you and your guests will remember for years to come.”
